This series of machine adopts the hydraulic system designed by the engineers who drafted the Chinese heat fusion welding standard, with precise control, double hydraulic system, automatic butt welding process and USB interface function, which is convenient for data saving and software upgrading. Standard Composition
- Machine Body with Working Tables: The machine body is equipped with two working tables, both of which are powered by a hydraulic system. This setup ensures smooth and stable operation during the manufacturing process.
- Automatic Control Operation Panel: There is an operation panel integrated with an automatic control system. This system simplifies the entire welding process, making it highly efficient and precise. Once the welding data such as SDR, pipe diameter, and standard requirements are set, the welding machine initiates the welding process automatically. This allows operators to concentrate solely on the welding operation, free from other distractions. Additionally, the built – in memory can record the welding process. The data can be transferred from the operation panel to a computer via a USB connection for reporting to the operator, or it can be automatically printed out by connecting a printer.
- Hydraulically – Moved Milling Cutter: A milling cutter is installed, which moves in and out hydraulically. It is powered by an electric motor, enabling effective and controlled milling operations.
- Hydraulically – Moved Teflon – Coated Heating Plate: The heating plate, coated with Teflon, also moves in and out hydraulically. The Teflon coating provides excellent non – stick properties, while the hydraulic movement ensures proper positioning and functionality during the heating process.
- Complete Set of Fitting Components: A full set of aluminum inserts and steel clamps is provided. These components are used to fabricate fittings such as elbows, tees, and crosses, meeting various connection and manufacturing needs.
