The dual-axis structural frame ensures strength and even distribution of welding force, paired with an on-board heating plate featuring a protection frame and insulated shield, plus an on-board high-capacity electric-driven trimmer—both the machine chassis and trimmer are removable, supporting in-ditch use and welding of short spigots respectively. Equipped with ISO inserts with a quick install/release system, strong jaws, and inserts that prevent pipe slipping during fusion, the welder also includes a hydraulic pipe lift for easy pipe loading and unloading; the manual version is compatible with the PEWELDBANK data logger, while its removable control panel offers data-logging functionality (storing up to 30,000 welding reports) and a USB port for welding data download and firmware upgrade, enabling an effortless welding procedure with just a button press by the operator.
