For added versatility, it has a removable chassis for in – ditch use and a removable 4th jaw to easily fuse prefabricated fittings onto pipes. Strong jaws and inserts prevent pipes from slipping during fusion, and hydraulic pipe lifts on both sides simplify loading and unloading. Rugged outriggers, hydraulic clamping, and a compatible manual – version PEWELDBANK data logger enhance stability and data management. The removable control panel, with a data – logging capacity of up to 10,000 welding reports and a USB port for data download and firmware upgrades, makes it easy to monitor and maintain the machine.
